EMOTIONAL FITNESS IS THE MASTERY OF OUR EMOTIONS.

The average American spends 11.7 hours/week on their health & fitness. Yet, how many hours do they devote to improving their emotional fitness?

Emotional Fitness cultivates ways of constructively feeling all of our emotions - 

including anger, grief, fear, anxiety, guilt, shame & more. 

Our "workout" is to give our feelings & emotions a voice & expression 

so that they can be heard, seen &, ultimately, released. 

Through Emotional Fitness, we practice authentically feeling 

& vulnerably communicating about what we are feeling in real time.

WE VALUE:
